Shipping and Duties

Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the shipment and the destination. Prices do not include freight charges, taxes or duties. If duties are required for an order to be imported, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay such duties or import fees. For orders placed online, freight charges are calculated at checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped from the Insect Shield facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Title of goods passes to buyer at time goods are shipped.

U.S. Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in states where we are located. Appropriate state and local taxes will be added for deliveries in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Washington State. Goods not for resale within Canada.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Authorized pre-approved company purchase orders may be invoiced to the company.

Delivery

Physical street addresses must be provided for all orders, as we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Standard items with no custom embroidery or hemming typically ship within three to five business days. Special orders can take up to twelve weeks for delivery.

Insect Shield operates 5 days a week, and keeps standard business hours. If your order is placed before 1:00 pm EST, everything is in stock and needs no customization it will ship that day. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST, or which require customization (hemmed pants, logo embroidery, etc) will ship within a few business days. Please note that Flame Resistant goods can take 2-3 weeks from the date of order.

Pricing

It is Insect Shield’s goal to maintain prices as consistently as possible over time. However, prices are subject to change from time to time.

Pant Hemming

The charge for hemming is $1.50 for each pant. Pants can be ordered hemmed or unhemmed.

Embroidered Logos

Most of the items included in this program are embroidered with the Insect Shield logo, which helps supervisors ensure that their staff is protected. There are no logos embroidered on sheets, blankets or bed nets. In addition, company approved logos can be added to certain garments for an extra charge of $6 per logo. Inquire with Customer Service about ordering, quantity discounts, and the availability of other logos.

Volume Discounts

Discounts apply as follows for orders in which the total sales price of Insect Shield products (not including freight, duty or taxes) meet the following dollar volumes:
$4,000 to $9,999: 3%
$10,000 to $29,999: 4%
$30,000 +: 5%
The discount is applied to the sales price of the order only, and there is no discount applied to freight, taxes or other fees.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies. Neither Insect Shield nor any other insect protection product can guarantee complete protection from insects, insect bites, or related reactions or diseases.

Insect Shield Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your Insect Shield purchases. If you decide that you don't want to keep an item, an exchange can be made for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item. All merchandise that is returned for an exchange must be in the same condition as it was received and must include the original packaging in good condition.

If you want to make an exchange, please send an e-mail to customerservice@insectshield.com and tell us how many items you want to return and the reason. Include the following information from the Packing List for each item that is to be returned: Item No., Description, Ms / Ws, Color, Unit Price.

Also let us know what item(s) you want to order as an exchange. You can make an even exchange or place a larger order. You will be charged the difference if your order amounts to more than your return. Our customer service representative will e-mail instructions for the return and confirmation of your exchange order, including any amount owed. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return freight charge, but a credit for the full cost of the item will be returned to your card upon our receipt of the goods in saleable condition.

We will not accept returns more than 30 days after receipt of the product.
