Some of the clothing on this site is available in a wider range of sizes. You can contact customer service to ask about the availability of non-standard sizes, pricing and delivery time.
Also contact Customer Service to ask about the delivery status of any Special Order items you have ordered through this site.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Insect Shield purchases. If you decide that you don't want to keep an item, an exchange can be made for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item. All merchandise that is returned for an exchange must be in the same condition as it was received and must include the original packaging in good condition.
If you want to make an exchange, please send an e-mail to customerservice@insectshield.com and tell us how many items you want to return and the reason. Include the following information from the packing list for each item that is to be returned: Item No., Description, Mens/Womens, Color, Unit Price. Also let us know what item(s) you want to order as an exchange. You can make an even exchange or place a larger order. You will be charged the difference if your order amounts to more than your return.
Our customer service representative will e-mail instructions for the return and confirmation of your exchange order, including any amount owed.
