Insect Shield Product Store Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Duties

Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the shipment and the destination. Prices do not include freight charges, taxes or duties. If duties are required for an order to be imported, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay such duties or import fees. For orders placed online, freight charges are calculated at checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped from the Insect Shield facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Title of goods passes to buyer at time goods are shipped.

Domestic orders are shipped FedEx unless otherwise requested or stated.

International orders are shipped DHL unless otherwise requested or stated.

U.S. Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in North Carolina and Washington State. Appropriate state and local taxes will be added to those orders. Goods are not for resale within Canada. If your company is tax exempt please provide necessary state exemption forms with your order or emailed to customerservice@insectshield.com

Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Authorized pre-approved company purchase orders may be invoiced to the company.

Delivery

Physical street addresses must be provided for all orders, as we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Standard items with no custom embroidery or hemming typically ship within three to five business days. Special orders can take up to twelve weeks for delivery.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday. Orders that require customization (hemmed pants, logo embroidery, ect) will ship within a few business day, and Flame Resistant goods can take 2-3 weeks from the date of order.

Pricing

It is Insect Shield 's goal to maintain prices as consistently as possible over time. However, prices are subject to change from time to time.

Embroidered Logos

Most of the items included in this program are embroidered with the Insect Shield logo, which helps supervisors ensure that their staff is protected. There are no logos embroidered on sheets, blankets or bed nets. In addition, company approved logos can be added to certain garments for an extra charge of $6 per logo. Inquire with Customer Service about ordering, quantity discounts, and the availability of other logos.

Special Orders

Contact customer service to inquire about availability and delivery of non-standard sizes or large orders.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies. Neither Insect Shield nor any other insect protection product can guarantee complete protection from insects, insect bites, or related reactions or diseases.

Insect Shield Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your Insect Shield purchases. All merchandise that is returned must be in the same condition as it was received.

If you want to make a return or exchange, use the Return Authorization Form that is attached to your invoice which is included with your order.

If you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return freight charge, but a credit for the full cost of the item will be returned to your card upon our receipt of the goods in saleable condition.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
