Insect Shield Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with an Insect Shield purchase you may return or exchange it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and purchased from insectshield.com.

Insect Shield’s return and exchange policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Insect Shield reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange on its sole discretion. 

What items are non-returnable?

  • Insect Shield Your Clothes and Easy Packs
  • Custom Items with Embroidery and Logos
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Flame resistant items
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

What is Redo risk-free returns & exchanges?

Risk-free returns & exchanges are available with the purchase of Redo for $1.98 at checkout. When you opt-in for coverage, your order will be eligible for free returns and exchanges, and you'll be provided a return shipping label at no additional cost.

If Redo coverage is not purchased, you can still return or exchange your items but will be responsible for all shipping charges. This is a non-refundable service. All returns and exchanges are still subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

What is the International Return Policy?

We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping.

How long do I have to return or exchange my items?

Purchases made on insectshield.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How long does it take to process returns and exchanges?

Refunds: After inspection by the Insect Shield team, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund.


Exchanges: Regular exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you choose Instant Exchanges, your new item will ship within 24 hours of your request on our returns portal. For Instant Exchanges; please return the original item within 14 days. If it’s not received in that timeframe or is not in unused condition with original tags, your card will be charged for the new item. 

How will I receive a shipping label?

Shipping labels will be emailed to the customer's email address on file. The label will be generated as the final step in the return/exchange portal.

How can I track my return or exchange?

The Orders Tracking Page will provide information on the status of your return or exchange. You will additionally receive updates on your return or exchange status via email. When making an exchange, we will send you a new order email and tracking number when the new item is on its way to you.

Can I return an item that I received as a gift?

To start a gift return or exchange, you'll need the order number and original shipping address zip code. All gift returns are eligible for either store credit or an exchange. For help, please contact us.
