Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Expedited orders are prioritized the next business day. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
Orders that require customization (hemmed pants, logo embroidery, etc.) will ship within an additional few business days, and Flame Resistant goods can take 2-3 weeks from the date of order. Please note that special orders can take up to twelve weeks for delivery.

Free Shipping Over $100
Free shipping valid on orders over $100. Subtotal must be over $100 after discounts and before taxes and shipping to qualify. Valid for domestic UPS Ground and USPS for Alaska and Hawaii. Offer subject to change at any time. Free shipping must be selected at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
Free Shipping over $100 is not applicable for Insect Shield Your Clothes Per Piece orders or for residents of Martha's Vineyard Island.

Permethrin Spray
Alaska & Hawaii: Carrier restrictions may extend in-transit times for Permethrin Spray by up to 15 days.
International: Permethrin Spray is not available for International addresses.
Spray cans cannot be shipped with expedited shipping.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused or undeliverable due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Customers may choose one of the following options:

Reship the Order
We can resend the order once the reshipping fee is paid. Note: The reshipping cost will be the full UPS rate and not our discounted flat-rate shipping. -
Refund the Order
We can issue a refund for the product(s), minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees we incur.
