No. Unlike Easy Packs, Per Piece treatment does not include prepaid shipping. You'll be responsible for shipping your eligible clothing to Insect Shield, and return shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
After we receive your items, we typically treat and ship them back within 5 business days. Shipping time to and from our facility is additional and depends on your selected shipping method and location.
Yes. If you need your items back sooner, you can select expedited shipping at checkout for both your inbound and return shipments. Faster shipping helps reduce the total turnaround time.
Each individual garment counts as one item. A pair of socks counts as one item.
No. Our treatment equipment is not designed to treat shoes. If you want to treat shoes, packs, tents, or fabric gear, Insect Shield Permethrin Spray may be a better option.
