Per Piece is the fastest send-in option because you can ship your items as soon as you place your order. Easy Packs are the simplest prepaid option, but you’ll need to wait for your Easy Pack to arrive before sending your clothing back to us.

Yes. Before sending your clothes in to be professionally treated, they should be washed and completely dry. Don't send brand-new, unwashed items still in packaging. Unpack, remove the tags, and wash the items at home. Then, you can send new items in, too. Insect Shield treatment process works best on fabric that's already been laundered at least once.
