Treatment will cause shrinkage. Slightly more than a first wash. Please wash items prior to sending for treatment, especially new items.

ITEM REQUIREMENTS

Items must be washed prior to sending for treatment.
A pair of socks counts as 1 item.
Only sewn garments can be treated; not unsewn fabric.
Certain items not permitted for treatment include: undergarments, waterproof or water-resistant items, and items with care labels that read “Dry Clean Only,” “Do Not Tumble Dry,” or “Line Dry Only.”
Our equipment is not designed to treat shoes. For effective protection, experts recommend spraying shoes once a month with Permethrin Spray.
